Tender Heart Home Care

Tender Heart Home Care provides home care services in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties in Northern California.

We respect seniors and aim to provide services that allow them to remain independent as much as possible. We provide non-medical services as needed by the individual.

For those requiring it, we have caregivers who are trained to assist those with special needs such as dementia or Alzheimers.

How to get started

Our process starts with a free assessment. We meet with you to understand your needs and desires. Then we match you with a caregiver who has the experience and skills you need.
